Driving Directions View Larger Map Mockingbird lane is off of Park Road between Woodlawn Road and Selwyn Avenue.  1515 Mockingbird Lane (Park Seneca Building) is on the left side of the street.  It is a large ten (10) story building.  We are on the seventh (7) floor in suite 704. From I-77 South:   Take exit 6A to merge onto W Woodlawn Road toward Queens College.  Turn right at Park Road.  Turn left onto Mockingbird Lane.    From I-77 North:  Take exit 6A to merge onto Woodlawn Road toward Queens College.  Turn right at Park Road.  Turn left onto Mockingbird Lane.
